We strongly recommend coaching for the first 90 days of an employee’s new role - we believe in it so much that we include it as a complimentary add-on to our Complete Recruitment service.

How it works

We hold 3 coaching sessions during your employee’s first 90 days in the role, focused on helping them transition smoothly and strongly into their new position. It’s designed around your employee’s individual needs, with input from their manager to focus coaching priorities (such as initial development focus areas.)

All coaching sessions are confidential between the coach and employee.

  • Focus on using their strengths of success in their new role.

  • Include goals and development areas identified by their manager.

  • Grow their confidence and support team integration.

Accelerate strong engagement and outstanding performance

It’s crucial to support people stepping into new positions so they can start with strength, particularly during their initial 90 days. This is when they create the foundations for their success and have significant learning and challenges to address.

  • Get it right by understanding culture and expectations, building relationships, and understanding how to play to their strengths.

  • Implement quick wins, grow trust and develop their personal brand.

  • Look to the future and identify what to stop, start and continue doing.
